Terms & refund policy

We care about getting your requirement right, and about being fair on both sides. These terms keep every job clear: you know what you pay for, and we are paid for the work we actually do.
1. Email is our written record
WhatsApp, phone calls and the contact form are welcome for questions and quick updates. The scope of work, the price, any change to either, and the completion of a job are agreed by email, and only what is confirmed by email is valid. This way both sides always share the same written record.
2. Quotes and prices
Before any work starts you receive a fixed quote in USD by email, based on what can be seen at that point. Prices on this website are starting prices; your quote is the price that applies to your job.
3. Payment
Small jobs are paid upfront. Larger projects are paid 50% to start and 50% on handover. Care plans are billed monthly; yearly billing includes 2 months free. We accept PayPal, crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH), Payoneer and bank wire.
4. When more work is discovered
Sometimes the real problem only appears once work begins, for example hidden malware, a damaged database or an outdated server underneath the app. When that happens we pause, explain what we found by email, and send an updated price before doing any extra work. Nothing extra is charged without your written approval. You then choose:
- Continue: approve the updated price by email and we carry on.
- Stop: you pay only for the work already done, and between 10% and 100% of what you paid is refunded, depending on how much of the job was completed.
5. If you stop a job
You can stop a job at any time by email. We then count the work already done, the time spent and the value already delivered to you, hand over everything completed so far, and refund the rest of what you paid.
6. If we decline or withdraw from a job
If we decide not to continue a job, you receive a full refund when this happens before half of the agreed delivery time has passed. After that point we refund 50% and hand over everything completed so far.
7. Completion
A job is complete when the agreed result has been delivered and confirmed by email. If something in the agreed scope is not working, tell us by email and we will put it right.
8. Refunds
Refunds are paid back by the same payment method you used wherever possible. Every refund amount is explained by email, with the work and time it is based on.
9. Access, confidentiality and your data
Never send passwords by email or through the form. Once a quote is approved we arrange secure, temporary access that you can revoke at any time. We sign an NDA on request. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
